        Chicken & Veggie Noodle Soup - Start here 1st

        One of my fav and first dishes I have ever had was this. My parent's suggest you start with this first before adding other ingredients for muscle building. You will need to adjust from the nasty d- o -g food to something nutrious that our bodies really need. Anytime a diet is changed it can cause temp tummy trouble but they typically subside in 24 hours!

         

        Ingredients

        1. Egg Noodle

        2. Frozen Vegetables

        3. Chicken Bullion

        4. Chicken tenders grilled

         

        1. First grill or bake the chicken tenders for 35 mins or until completely done.

         

        2. Got a medium sized pot and add about 6 cups of water. Add two teaspoons of your chicken bullion before boiling.

         

        3. Once the water boils pour in 1/3 of the bag of Egg Noodles

         

        4. Pour in 1/3 bag of your vegetables

         

        5. Turn the water to medium for 10 mins and allow the noodles and vegetables to cook soaking in the bullion.

         

        6. Once you cut off the heat then add about 4 or 5 peices of chopped chicken tenders.

         

        7. Let this completely cool then place it in an air tight container.

         

        This is great after it cools off but they really love it the next day after the food marries each other.
